Tukwila WA Full-Time On-Site

Join our welcoming team in Tukwila conveniently located in the greater Seattle area. This in-office position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with colleagues build lasting professional relationships and make a meaningful impact every day.

Note

Candidates must have 2 years of personal injury law experience an active Washington State Bar license and the ability to work on-site in Tukwila. We welcome both experienced associates and more senior attorneys who are excited to contribute and grow with our team.

Job Description

• Manage personal injury cases through various stages of pre-litigation litigation and settlement.
• Develop case strategies evaluate liability and negotiate favorable resolutions for clients.
• Draft legal documents motions pleadings and settlement materials.
• Represent clients at hearings court proceedings and settlement conferences.
• Communicate with clients insurance adjusters opposing counsel and medical providers.
• Assist with minor settlement approvals and related court proceedings as needed.
• Collaborate with our legal support team to deliver efficient high-quality representation.

Qualifications

• 2 years of personal injury law experience.
• Active Washington State Bar membership in good standing.
• Experience with personal injury claims legal research case management and settlement negotiations.
• Strong writing communication organization and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable handling court appearances and hearings independently when appropriate.
• A compassionate client-first mindset and enthusiasm for teamwork.
