Compensation: $140000 - $160000 base salary DOE
A private principal based in Woodside is seeking a highly capable Personal Assistant to provide hands-on support across personal household and scheduling needs. The successful candidate will be proactive resourceful discreet and comfortable managing a wide range of responsibilities with professionalism and attention to detail.
About the Role
The Personal Assistant will oversee day-to-day personal administration calendar management household coordination and special projects for a busy principal and family. This role requires someone who can seamlessly shift between scheduling vendor management family logistics event coordination travel planning and ad hoc requests. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment exercises sound judgment and takes pride in delivering exceptional support while maintaining complete confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex personal calendars appointments and scheduling logistics
- Coordinate closely with nannies household staff vendors and service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Arrange and oversee domestic and international travel including itineraries reservations transportation and travel-related logistics
- Plan and coordinate private dinners social engagements family gatherings and special events
- Run personal errands and handle a variety of administrative and lifestyle-related tasks
- Assist with household projects maintenance scheduling and vendor coordination
- Track and manage personal appointments reservations memberships and recurring obligations
- Serve as a key point of contact between the principal family members and external stakeholders
- Research source and execute special projects and ad hoc requests with efficiency and discretion
- Anticipate needs and proactively identify opportunities to improve organization and streamline processes
- 5 years of experience supporting executives principals or private families in a personal assistant executive assistant or household management capacity
- Strong calendar management and scheduling experience
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Professional polished and highly discreet when handling confidential information
- Resourceful problem-solver who can think ahead and execute independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Tech-savvy and proficient with calendar travel and productivity tools
- Valid drivers license and willingness to handle local errands and appointments as needed
