Job Summary

A Personal Assistant provides administrative organizational and personal support to an individual executive or family. The role involves managing schedules communications appointments errands travel and confidential information to help the individual stay organized and productive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars appointments meetings and daily schedules.
  • Answer phone calls emails messages and other correspondence.
  • Coordinate personal and professional meetings and commitments.
  • Arrange travel transportation accommodations and itineraries.
  • Organize documents files receipts and other important records.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Make reservations and coordinate appointments and services.
  • Assist with errands purchases deliveries and personal tasks.
  • Prepare reports correspondence presentations and other documents.
  • Track bills expenses invoices and receipts when required.
  • Research and organize information to support decision-making.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on important tasks.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling or administrative issues.
  • Perform other administrative and personal duties as assigned.
Typical Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education may be preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and changing schedules.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Google Workspace calendars email and other productivity tools.
  • Professional dependable and discreet.
  • Ability to work independently and use good judgment.
  • Flexibility to accommodate changing priorities when necessary.
