Job Summary

The Permit Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the Restaurants operational permits and licenses while maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance efforts. This role coordinates permit applications tracks permit status and ensures timely payment of associated fees. The Permit Coordinator partners with internal departments Restaurant operators and regulatory agencies to support efficient permit administration.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a comprehensive tracking system for all permits including key deadlines and renewal dates
  • Coordinate the payment of permit fees and associated costs
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of all permit-related transactions and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather information required for permit applications and renewals
  • Partner with regulatory agencies local authorities and Restaurant operators to coordinate permitting and regulatory compliance processes
  • Address compliance issues and support timely resolution
  • Review and update permit-related processes to support compliance with applicable regulations and internal standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

Qualifications :

  • 1 years of experience in accounting finance or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Outlook PowerPoint and Word
  • Detail-oriented organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
  • Self-driven flexible and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or higher
