Job Summary

We are seeking an experiencedPerformance Test Analystwith a strong background in performance and functional testing for enterprise and eCommerce applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise inNeoLoadTOSCAHP LoadRunner manual testing and SAP applications. This role requires close collaboration with business and development teams in an Agile environment to ensure the delivery of high-quality software through comprehensive testing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to clarify testing needs.
• Design develop and execute comprehensive test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Perform performance testing usingNeoLoadand validate application scalability and reliability.
• Execute functional and regression testing usingTOSCA.
• Conduct testing across multiple browsers and mobile platforms.
• Log track verify and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups sprint planning backlog refinement and defect triage meetings.
• Prepare and communicate daily test execution status reports.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using the existing Protractor framework.
• Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of test automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with developers business analysts and product owners to ensure timely issue resolution and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing with expertise in performance and functional testing.
• Proven experience testing enterprise-scale and eCommerce applications.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving communication and documentation skills.
