Role: Performance Engineer

Job Description:
Lead performance and chaos testing to validate scalability resiliency and fault tolerance of Pie services.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute load and stress tests using K6
- Design and run chaos scenarios using Gremlin
- Analyze CPU memory startup time and threading metrics
- Recommend configuration tuning and HPA improvements using Terraform
- Validate system behavior during failures and network disruptions
- Produce performance and resiliency assessment reports
Required Skills
- 8 years in performance and reliability testing
- Strong hands-on experience with K6 and Gremlin
- Kubernetes HPA and cloud performance tuning experience
- Ability to interpret metrics and provide actionable insights
- Experience integrating performance testing with pipelines
