Job Summary
We are seeking a PeopleSoft HCM Functional Analyst to support enterprise Human Capital Management applications and business processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR stakeholders and technical teams to implement enhance and maintain PeopleSoft HCM solutions that align with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Human Resources and Payroll operations.
- Configure and support PeopleSoft HCM modules including Workforce Administration Benefits Compensation and Talent Acquisition.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and system enhancements.
- Create functional design documents process flows and business requirements documentation.
- Support system testing user acceptance testing and production deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide functional guidance to end users.
- Assist with security configuration role management and compliance requirements.
- Support system upgrades patches and implementation projects.
- Conduct training sessions and provide user support documentation.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
