Essential Skills:
8 years of IBM PeopleSoft experience
PeopleSoft HCM expertise
HR-to-IAM integration experience
Active Directory and Azure AD knowledge
LDAP integration experience
SQL and database troubleshooting
XML JSON REST SOAP APIs
SFTP/File-based integrations
Identity and Access Management concepts

1. Analyze and manage PeopleSoft employee and contractor data feeds.
2. Design and implement integrations between PeopleSoft and: Active Directory (AD) Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) SailPoint / Saviynt / IAM platforms LDAP directories ServiceNow and other downstream applications
3. Support identity lifecycle processes: Joiner Mover Leaver (JML)
4. Perform attribute mapping data transformation and identity correlation.
5. Support AD account provisioning synchronization and migration activities.
6. Develop and troubleshoot interfaces using REST/SOAP APIs JDBC SFTP and batch integrations.
7. Work with HR IAM Infrastructure and Application teams during merger activities.
8. Support user migration directory synchronization and identity governance requirements.
9. Document integration workflows data mappings and technical designs

Experience in dealing with customers directly and working in a global delivery model. Negotiation Skills Good Assertive Communication (Written & Oral)
