Learn more at is currently seeking a team-focused innovative and results-orientedPeople Operations Manager (internally known as a Resource Center Manager) to be based inourMarion MA; Newport RI; or Jacksonville FLoffice who is looking for new learning experiences opportunities for career growth and a desire to contribute to our clients success. This position will require up to 15% travel.
As an operations leader you will work directly with a team of engineering and scienceprofessionalsto ensure that our members havean optimalemployment experience. Qualified candidates willpossessa proven ability in leadership communication planning team building and time management. Individuals who are successful in this position must be exceptional communicators andpossessthe ability to quickly develop andmaintainstrong internal and external relationships that are foundational to Foths success.

- Manage assigned Foth members across multiple Foth offices on a variety of environmental projects
- Engage in resource forecasting to drive business results
- Prioritize business labor and equipment resource needs
- Lead recruiting efforts for new members (e.g. write job requisitions participate in the interview/selection process etc.)
- Integrate new members (e.g. develop integration plans secure required tools etc.)
- Acquire and coordinate contract resources
- Develop standard work processes presentations and training materials
- Coordinate member recognition program performance evaluations career development and integration reviews
- Deliver member performance evaluation results
- Coordinate and lead conflict resolution activities when appropriate
- Activelyparticipate in the operations leadership team which helps set the direction of the division
- Plan member events
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Science Business HR Management or related technical/engineering discipline
- 8 years of related work experience in engineering/science operations or a consulting environment with at least 5 years in a supervisory/management role
- Previous experience managing people projects and/or leading initiatives
- Previous experience creating and documenting work processes
