About the Role
Were looking for a People Operations Intern to join our team during an exciting phase of this role youll gain hands-on exposure to core People Operations function and mentorship from experienced HR professionals. Youll receive insight into onboarding employee relations internal communications and HR systems.
Through this role youll have the opportunity to contribute to real onboarding and engagement projects that impact the employee experience.
What Youll Do
Assist with new hire onboarding end-to-end including paperwork welcome materials orientation scheduling and first-week check-ins
Help build and refine onboarding resources (guides checklists welcome kits) to create a smoother experience for new employees
Support employee engagement by helping plan and execute activities events and recognition programs
Assist with gathering and analyzing employee feedback (surveys pulse checks) to help identify ways to improve the employee experience
Draft and distribute internal communications including company announcements newsletters and policy updates
Help create and update POps templates process documents and internal resource pages
Lead or contribute to special projects related to culture-building process improvement development etc.
Conduct research on HR best practices or compliance topics as needed
Handle sensitive employee information with discretion and confidentiality
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets especially)
A proactive collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
Prior internship or coursework in HR is a plus but not required
