Youll step into an outpatient pediatric primary care role focused on preventive medicine wellness visits and the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions. Youll work alongside a supportive clinical team with a 2:1 nurse-to-provider ratio dedicated triage services and the resources needed to provide quality patient care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
You hold an active unrestricted Florida medical license
Youre comfortable providing comprehensive primary care to pediatric patients
You enjoy diagnosing and managing acute and chronic pediatric conditions
You value preventive medicine patient education and meaningful relationships with patients and families
You thrive in a collaborative community-focused healthcare environment

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary starting at $200000 annually increasing based on experience
