Requirements:

Job Description:
- Provide high-quality pediatric emergency care in a busy 30-bed pediatric ER with volumes approaching 55000 patients annually
- Collaborate closely with Pediatric Emergency Medicine (PEM) physicians hospitalists and subspecialty teams
- Participate in a supportive environment with child life specialists and pediatric social workers integrated into ER care
- Contribute to teaching and mentorship of pediatric emergency medicine and family practice residents as well as Pediatric ER fellows
- Work full-time covering twelve 12-hour shifts per month
- Utilize full scribe coverage to enhance efficiency and patient care quality
- Engage with affiliated Pediatric ICU CVICU and NICU teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions
- Open to BC/BE candidates (fresh graduates and experienced providers welcome but recent inpatient experience required)
- This is a permanent full-time position that requires residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required.
