Were currently seeking a PBX Operator to join our resort this role youll serve as the communication hub of the propertyensuring all guest calls are handled efficiently while supporting internal operations and delivering a seamless guest experience.

Location: 9940 S Las Vegas Blvd Las Vegas NV 89183

Pay Rate: $16/hr

What Youll Do:

• Answer and direct incoming calls in a timely professional and friendly manner

• Assist guests with questions about resort amenities services and facilities

• Route calls accurately to guest rooms or appropriate departments

• Respond to guest requests quickly and ensure follow-through

• Set up and manage guest wake-up calls

• Monitor emergency calls and notify appropriate teams immediately

• Support engineering dispatch and coordinate service requests

• Distribute incoming faxes to the appropriate departments

• Report maintenance issues safety concerns or suspicious activity

• Maintain a positive cheerful and professional tone in all interactions

• Deliver outstanding customer care with every guest interaction

• Support overall resort operations and complete additional duties as assigned

What Were Looking For:

• 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience preferred (resort or timeshare experience a plus)

• Strong communication skills with a professional phone presence

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple calls and priorities efficiently

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn phone and property systems

• Bilingual skills are a plus

• Dependable punctual and able to work independently

• High School diploma or GED required

• Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays
