Payroll Technician

Skills:
Experience in Payroll and Travel and Expense as typically acquired in 2 years preferably in a service delivery environment - Required Experience in shared services/internal service delivery role - Required Experience in the healthcare industry - Required Experience with Microsoft Office - Word Excel PowerPoint - Required Experience working with Payroll Time and Attendance and/or Travel and Expense tools (.eg. Lawson Kronos) - Required Familiarity with performance metrics and ability to meet identified targets - Nice to have General understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and shared services enabling technologies (e.g. contact center technologies) - Nice to have Knowledge of computerized payroll processing State and Federal payroll related laws and Wage and Hour laws - Required Knowledge of finance accounts payable and/or accounting - Required Knowledge of Human Resources benefits and compensation processes - Nice to have Knowledge of Client Finance policies practices and procedures - Nice to have
