What You Will Do:
- Support the onboarding process for new clients servicing as a subject matter expert.
- Assist clients in developing their skills to effectively utilize our platform.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients throughout the implementation process.
- Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring client satisfaction.
- provide comprehensive training on systems functionality and address client needs and requests.
- Develop a deep understanding of our platforms capabilities to effectively engage clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless support and service delivery.
- Utilize our technology to support payroll time & attendance HR and other client needs.
What You Bring to Table:
- Minimum of 3 years of expierence in payroll processing or implementation.
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent multitasking and project management skills.
- High level of integrity professionalism and positive attitude.
- Ability to influence and effectively challenge thinking to foster improvements.
- Innovative mindset with a commitment to excellence.
