WhatYoullDo:

• Provideexceptional customer serviceandassistpatients and families with the check-in processworking acrossmultiple computer systemsto register patients efficiently

• Answer phones and gatheraccuratepatient informationquicklyin afast-paced environment

• Supporttimelyaccess to careby minimizing delays in registrationand answer questions with confidence clarity and compassion

• Build trustwith patients during moments when they may be ill anxious confused or overwhelmed

• Navigate diverseinsurance plans and coverage details enter demographics and medical data collectco-paysand provide cost estimates when applicable

• Collaboratewith nurses physicians and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow

• Comfortablewith shifting priorities based on patient needs

• Experience withpatient access medical registration insurance verification or front deskis a plus (but not)

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to pass background check drug test and meet vaccination requirements
