Position Overview:
- Seeking consultants with a strong guest relations hospitality customer service or patient-facing background who can effectively engage with patients families and clinical teams in a healthcare environment.
- The ideal consultants should possess excellent communication skills strong customer service instincts the ability to de-escalate concerns and a proactive approach to creating a positive patient experience.
Responsibilities:
- Round throughout the hospital and engage with patients and families.
- Address service recovery opportunities and escalate concerns when appropriate.
- Support patient experience initiatives and help improve overall satisfaction.
- Demonstrate professionalism empathy and strong interpersonal skills.
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (09:30 - 18:00); Duration: 26 weeks
Pay Rate: $26.66 / Hour
