Patient Access Associate

Location: Falls Church VA

Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid

• Pay Rate: $19.12$23.90 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

• Assist Patient Access leadership to promote effective and efficient department operations and achieve revenue cycle goals by serving as a leader to frontline staff
• Perform complex appointment scheduling via the NICE computer-based system; requires use of EPIC and Teams
• Schedule for 4 high-volume high-risk pregnancy clinics

• Advanced communication and computer skills
• Proven history of sound decision-making problem-solving and analytical thinking

• GED or High School Diploma required

• Two years of patient access experience
• Experience as a scheduler required
