The Parts Master will be responsible for the receiving storing and issuing of parts in an accurate prompt manner. Under the direction of the Parts Manager promote the sale of our products and assist customers with their parts need.

Starting wage will depend on experience and education. $25.80 - $36.72

Essential duties and responsibilities of a Parts Counter include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Provide quality customer satisfaction by courteously assisting customers as quickly as possible.

Answer/call customers to fill parts orders or update order status give price quotes and availability.

Listen to evaluate and resolve customer problems or complaints seeking supervisors assistance when necessary

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 5-7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
