About the Role:

This is a full-time on-site Partner opportunity based in Indianapolis IN. The role offers the opportunity to lead complex legal matters drive strategic initiatives and play a key role in shaping the continued growth and success of the firm.

The Partner will independently oversee legal cases from inception through resolution provide trusted legal counsel to clients and represent clients in court proceedings mediations and arbitration addition to handling sophisticated legal work this individual will strengthen and expand client relationships mentor and supervise legal team members contribute to business development efforts and participate in strategic firm decisions.

Qualifications :

• Deep knowledge and expertise in legal research analysis and case law
• Proven experience in litigation negotiation and drafting legal documents
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to guide and develop legal teams
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships and generate business opportunities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong decision-making critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
