One Vision Thrift Solutions is looking for a Part-Time Thrift Store Team Member to join our Waterloo team! Youll help create a welcoming experience for shoppers and donors while keeping merchandise moving from donation to the sales floor.

And unlike many retail positions our store is closed every Sunday and on major holidays!

As a Thrift Store Team Member youll help keep the store organized welcoming and running smoothly.

Youll:

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service

• Accept donations from members of the community

• Sort process and price donated merchandise

• Stock merchandise and keep products moving from the backroom to the sales floor

• Operate the cash register and accurately handle transactions

• Help maintain a clean organized and welcoming shopping environment

• Move lift and organize donated merchandise as needed

• Work alongside your team to support daily store operations

• Can stay active throughout your shift

Youll need:

• At least 6 months of retail or customer service experience

• An understanding of retail pricing and basic cash-handling practices

• A valid drivers license and reliable transportation

• Ability to frequently kneel reach walk carry and lift large or bulky items

• Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment screenings

This is a part-time position at our Waterloo Thrift Store.

Store Hours: Monday-Saturday 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

Team Members must have availability during store operating hours and are required to work Saturdays.

Part-time Team Members are eligible to earn paid time off (PTO).
