• Conduct building inspections behind cleaning teams to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform detail touch-ups and corrective cleaning when necessary
• Deliver cleaning supplies and restock facilities
• Fill in for cleaners during call-outs or staffing shortages as needed
• Report deficiencies concerns or supply needs to management
• Maintain professionalism and strong communication with clients and team members
• Help ensure facilities consistently meet company expectations

• Reliable transportation is required

• Dependable and professional attitude
• Previous cleaning supervisory or janitorial experience preferred but not required
• Must be comfortable being on your feet and performing physical tasks
