Supervision Received: Assistant F&B Manager / F&B Manager

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bartending certification preferred (where applicable).

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in a restaurant or high-volume bar.
• Experience working with servers and supporting table service preferred.

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of cocktails beer wine and beverage preparation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently during peak dining hours.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and applicable state laws.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages for bar guests and restaurant server drink orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Greet guests take drink orders make recommendations and provide welcoming service.
• Maintain a clean organized and fully stocked bar throughout the shift.
• Support servers by preparing beverages and coordinating drink delivery during meal service.
• Process guest payments manage tabs and handle cash accurately.
• Verify guest ID and ensure responsible alcohol service at all times.
• Restock liquor beer wine mixers garnishes and bar supplies.
• Clean and sanitize bar areas glassware equipment and tools.
• Assist with bar opening and closing procedures.
• Address guest concerns professionally and alert management when needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
