Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our payroll practice. We are seeking a part-time Payroll Systems Consultant to provide support during a transition period. This consultant will learn the companys existing payroll system and processes to ensure continuity and be prepared to train a new full-time employee once hired. The consultant will also assist with payroll-related project work and serve as backup support during the transition.

Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with a start date of November 3 2025 with an initial duration through May 1 2026 with the possibility of extending.
Level of Effort: Part time approximately 5 hours per week
Working Hours: Flexible US time zones

- Support project work related to payroll systems and process improvements
- Assist with knowledge transfer and training for a future full-time employee
- Provide backup support for payroll operations and related activities
Required Qualification(s):
- ADP Vantage experience required including Vantage Time
- Strong understanding of payroll systems processes and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
