Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and versatile Part-Time On-Air Programming Personality to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives behind the microphone enjoys creating compelling content and wants to be part of a fun fast-paced environment where every day brings something new.

Whether youre entertaining listeners on-air producing creative station content supporting programming initiatives or engaging with the community at events youll play an important role in helping us deliver exceptional local radio.

What Youll Do:

Serve as fill-in talent for full-time air staff during vacations sick days and other absences on 96.5 KOIT (AC)
Voice track weekends on 96.5 KOIT (approximately 5 hours per week).
Host live on-air shifts that inform entertain and connect with listeners.
Record and deliver engaging voice-tracked air shifts.
Work weekends and holidays as needed.
Record and produce commercials promotional announcements and station imaging.
Create memorable on-air content that is entertaining local and relevant.
Follow station formats clocks and programming guidelines.
Operate broadcast automation audio editing and scheduling systems.
Represent the station at remote broadcasts community events and promotional appearances.
Support digital content efforts through social media and website contributions.

What Were Looking For:

Must be living in the Bay Area
Must have previous on-air radio experience
Strong communication storytelling and audience engagement skills.
Must be an AFTRA member or be willing to join AFTRA
Excellent voice timing and show preparation abilities.
Ability to connect authentically with listeners both live and through voice tracking.
Audio production and editing experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Dependable flexible and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work nights weekends and holidays as needed
A genuine passion for radio Country music entertainment and local community involvement.
Must have a valid drivers license and a fully insured personal vehicle.
