Part-Time Lead Cleaner Quality Assurance Inspector

• Travel to and inspect up to three customer locations per night
• Confirm that cleaning services meet each facilitys scope of work and 360clean quality standards
• Complete inspection reports and submit photos as required
• Communicate service concerns supply needs and facility issues promptly
• Provide feedback and support to cleaning team members
• Perform cleaning duties only when needed to fill in for an absent cleaner or address an immediate service need
• Help maintain positive relationships with customers and cleaning teams

• Previous commercial cleaning quality assurance or team lead experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between multiple locations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Dependable and available Monday through Friday between 7:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
• Smartphone capable of completing reports and submitting photos
• Professional communication and leadership skills
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of commercial cleaning
• Must successfully complete applicable background and employment screening requirements
