Part-Time Lab Assistant Operations Support

This role supports daily laboratory and distribution operations within an environmental and radiation safety setting. The selected candidate will receive training in environmental safety and radiation safety and assist with a variety of lab support and operational tasks.

• Approximately24 hours per week
• Preferred schedule is4 hours per day 5 days per week
• Shift start time around9:00 AM
• Daily hours may vary based on business needs
• 100% on-site position

• Assist with setup and preparation of cases and radiation pigs (shielded transport containers)
• Break down cases and prepare materials for laboratory operations
• Distribute doses/cases to drivers for delivery
• Monitor tracking and workflow screens (Decklar/tracking system)
• Support general laboratory activities similar to aLab Assistant
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
• Assist with handling and movement of materials throughout the lab

• Environmental Safety training provided
• Radiation Safety training provided
• HIPAA training is aplus but not required
• Candidates do not need advanced industry experience; basic knowledge and willingness to learn are acceptable

• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a laboratory environment
• Capable of following safety procedures
• Able to perform physical tasks and maintain an organized workspace
• Strong attention to detail and ability to support operational workflows
