Part Time Incentivized Therapist

Join Wasatch Behavioral Health as an Incentivized Therapist at our Payson Family Clinic in Payson Utah. This onsite position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment dedicated to providing accessible high-quality behavioral health care to children and families in our community. As a local government agency were committed to helping individuals overcome mental health challenges through compassionate evidence-based treatment. This performance-based incentivized position provides the flexibility and opportunity to deliver outpatient services while working with children adolescents and families. We are especially seeking a clinician with experience and a passion for providing therapeutic interventions to young children ages 3 and older. Schedule: 10-25 hours per week (Hours and Days are Varied)

What Youll Do as a Therapist

• Provide direct and indirect clinical services including individual family and group therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Conduct intake assessments psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews to identify client needs and develop appropriate treatment recommendations.
• Develop implement and manage individualized treatment plans focused on client goals progress and long-term wellness.
• Maintain an assigned caseload while completing accurate timely clinical documentation and records.
• Provide compassionate trauma-informed care to children adolescents and families experiencing a variety of behavioral health challenges.
• Participate in family team meetings and assist with discharge planning aftercare coordination and transition of services.
• Coordinate care with parents courts state agencies hospitals law enforcement and community partners to support continuity of care.
• Screen and evaluate referrals to determine appropriate placement and ensure clients receive the services that best meet their needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including therapists case managers medical providers and support staff to provide comprehensive care.
• Provide consultation training and clinical guidance to support team members and community partners.
• Monitor client progress adjust treatment approaches as needed and help clients build skills to improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in social work Mental Health Counseling Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Utah licensure as LCSW CMHC or LMFT (or the ability to obtain it before starting).
• Solid skills in clinical assessment treatment planning and providing therapy.
• Comfortable working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
• Reliable with documentation and maintaining professional standards.
• Committed to ethical practice and ongoing learning.
• Candidates with experience working with young children are preferred.
• Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase.
