• Prospect qualify and close new residential solar and battery storage sales
• Educate homeowners on the financial and environmental benefits of solar and energy storage systems
• Conduct site evaluations and gather technical data for proposal generation
• Prepare and present professional tailored proposals to potential customers
• Collaborate with engineering operations and permitting teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to installation
• Maintain CRM records track leads and report progress to management
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• 3 years of proven experience in residential solar sales energy storage or renewable energy solutions
• In-depth knowledge of solar PV systems battery storage technologies (e.g. Tesla Powerwall Enphase Generac PWRcell) and industry trends
• Strong interpersonal negotiation and closing skills
• Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and site assessments
• Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently
• Proficient with CRM platforms and sales proposal tools
• Bachelors degree in Business Environmental Studies or related field (preferred)
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel for client appointments

• Experience with local utility rebate programs net metering and solar incentives
• Familiarity with sales platforms such as Aurora Solo or Sighten
• NABCEP certification or equivalent industry training a plus
