AMBO Properties is seeking a reliable hardworking and detail-oriented Apartment Housekeeper to help maintain the cleanliness appearance and overall presentation of our apartment communities.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work has strong attention to detail and understands that a clean and well-maintained community creates a better experience for residents and prospective residents.

This position will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining apartment units common areas amenities leasing offices hallways and other areas throughout the property.

• Clean and maintain vacant apartment units including kitchens bathrooms bedrooms living areas and floors
• Clean and maintain common areas hallways stairwells clubhouses leasing offices fitness centers and other amenities
• Dust sweep mop vacuum sanitize and clean surfaces throughout the property
• Clean windows mirrors appliances cabinets fixtures and other surfaces as needed
• Assist with preparing vacant units for new residents
• Maintain a clean and presentable appearance throughout the community
• Remove trash and debris from assigned areas
• Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are needed
• Follow proper procedures for using cleaning products and equipment
• Report maintenance issues damages or safety concerns to the appropriate team member
• Assist the maintenance and property management teams with cleaning-related projects when needed
• Help maintain curb appeal and ensure the property presents a clean welcoming appearance
• Follow company policies safety procedures and quality standards
• Provide excellent customer service to residents prospective residents and team members
• Perform other duties as assigned by property management

• Previous housekeeping janitorial apartment hotel or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Apartment/multifamily experience is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality of work
• Reliable dependable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced property management environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members

• Ability to walk properties and tour units
• Must be capable of lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to bend kneel climb stairs and remain on your feet throughout the day
• Ability to perform repetitive cleaning activities including reaching bending standing and walking
• Ability to safely use standard cleaning equipment and supplies
