Job Summary

**Part Time Openings - All Shifts**

Starting Pay $15 per hour with pay increases every 1000 hours worked

Pick your own hours

-8 or 4 hour shifts in a 24/7 operation

Serigraph is looking for part-time workers in our Integrated Graphics Headquarters on Decorah Rd in West Bend WI.

Join our Flex team inspecting and popping out parts for our IG Division. Hours worked are selected from your computer using a scheduling tool.

- Work a minimum of 12 hours a month

- Work no more than 28 hours a week

- Must be at least 16 years of age to apply

- 401K eligible after working 1000 hours

- Raises after working every 1000 hours

Flex Responsibilities -

Perform primarily seated hands-on work inspecting manufactured parts for quality and accuracy
Remove parts from fixtures or molds (pop parts out as needed)
Manually apply adhesives to components in accordance with specificationsWork independently at an assigned workstation table or booth
Operate in a clean climate-controlled production environment
Conduct detailed visual inspections sometimes within enclosed spaces (e.g. drop curtain areas) to ensure quality standards
Work under bright lighting conditions for inspection accuracy

What we are looking for in a Flex Person -

Strong communication skills
Proficient troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Basic math skills.
Familiar with departmental and company safety housekeeping and PPE practices.
