Part Time Executive Assistant

Im a small business owner looking for a dependable organized and resourceful person to become my right hand. This role combines office administration with personal assistant responsibilities so no two days are exactly the same.

Im looking for someone who enjoys keeping things organized takes initiative communicates well and can anticipate what needs to be done without being asked every step of the way.

• Manage calendars appointments and scheduling
• Answer emails and coordinate communications
• Organize digital and physical files
• Assist with invoicing data entry and basic administrative tasks
• Coordinate vendors deliveries and office supplies
• Run local errands and assist with personal tasks as needed
• Research products services and travel arrangements
• Help manage projects and follow up on outstanding tasks
• Keep daily operations organized and running smoothly

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Professional positive and trustworthy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using Google Workspace Microsoft Office and common business software
• Quick learner who enjoys solving problems
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred

• Experience supporting an executive entrepreneur or small business owner
• Familiarity with bookkeeping software social media or project management tools
• Strong customer service experience
