Part-time After School Aide

This After School Aide position is a 3.75 hour a day position. The hours are 2:15 to 6:00pm should have the ability to:Supervise and direct children be sensitive and mature provide leadership andstability to the program and staff. Serve as a good role model. Establish andmaintain good working relationships with staff parents and students. Effectivelyuse positive guidance techniques to correct student behavior. Maintainconfidentiality. Communicate effectively through spoken and written work efficiently and meet duties include:* Conduct daily after school activities with enrolled children.* Tutor students and provide homework assistance.* Supervise children on playground and classrooms* Be responsible for the safety of the children enrolled.* Be able to work independently while maintaining the teamwork needed toallow the consistency of program content and integrity.* Assist in the orderly arrangement appearance and cleanliness of the room.
