• Answer incoming calls and emails take accurate messages and direct questions to the appropriate team member.
• Assist with scheduling appointment confirmations and updates to customer information.
• Enter and maintain information in company systems with attention to accuracy.
• Prepare scan file and organize office documents and records.
• Support the local management team with reports follow-ups supply orders and other administrative tasks.
• Communicate professionally with technicians customers vendors and coworkers.
• Help identify and resolve routine office issues escalating matters when needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Previous administrative office customer service or scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong communication organization and time-management skills.
• Comfortable using email spreadsheets and office software; able to learn company systems.
• Able to manage several tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
• Dependable and available to work the stated morning schedule.
