Part Time Administrative Assistant

Franklin Ford is seeking a motivated Part Time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Franklin MA. This role involves providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient office management.

We are looking for someone who is able to work Monday through Friday in the afternoons till close.

• Manage and organize office files and documents
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with scheduling and calendar management
• Support various administrative projects as needed
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
• Coordinate communication between departments and external parties

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
• Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required

• Competitive pay of $16.00 - $20.00 per hour paid weekly
