What We Are Looking For

Baylor University is seeking a Parking Field Supervisor to join its Parking and Transportation team and play an important role in supporting the universitys day-to-day parking operations. This position provides an opportunity to lead and support field operations work with staff and the Baylor community and help ensure parking services run smoothly and effectively across campus.

The ideal candidate will be a dependable and organized leader who enjoys working in a hands-on environment collaborating with others and providing excellent service. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to contribute to the Baylor experience while supporting a department that serves students faculty staff and visitors throughout the university

A high school diploma and three years of experience are required. A Bachelors degree and five years of relevant experience are preferred.

All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What You Will Do

• Supervise all employment related matters
• Oversee daily operation of parking and transportation services; assign schedules and tasks to field staff
• Coordinate and work special events related to parking lots/garages
• Coordinate and perform maintenance activities as needed to ensure all are in good/safe condition; manage field supply inventory
• Serve as primary point of contact for parking citation appeals; maintain accurate records
• Patrol and issue citations in accordance with parking policies throughout Baylors campus
• Assist with departmental customer service activities
• Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylors mission
• Ability to comply with University policies
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
