Paralegal (Trust Administration)

Career Consulting Partners is partnering with a nationally ranked private wealth law firm in Southern California to find an experienced Trust Administration Paralegal. This is a chance to join a respected Private Client team with flexibility on which office you work from and your hybrid schedule.

• Support 23 attorneys on trust administration and estate settlement from the start of each matter through final distribution.

• Prepare trust administration notices and correspondence to trustees and beneficiaries.

• Inventory and value assets working with financial institutions appraisers and CPAs.

• Handle asset transfers retitling and distributions.

• Prepare trust accountings and draft petitions (Heggstad spousal property and others) for attorney review.

• Meet a billable expectation of 1500 hours.

• 5 years of Trust Administration paralegal experience.

• Working knowledge of the California Probate Code.

• Experience preparing trust accountings.

• Meets the paralegal requirements of California Business & Professions Code 6450..

• Total compensation of $78000$92000 including bonuses based on experience.
