Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Paralegal to provide legal and administrative support to attorneys and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong legal research document preparation case management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires professionalism discretion and a high level of attention to detail.
- Draft review proofread and maintain legal documents correspondence contracts pleadings and other legal filings.
- Conduct legal research using various online and traditional resources.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic case files and legal records.
- Assist attorneys with case preparation discovery document production and trial preparation.
- Coordinate document execution filing deadlines and court or regulatory submissions.
- Communicate with clients courts vendors government agencies and outside counsel as needed.
- Monitor case calendars deadlines and attorney schedules.
- Prepare summaries reports chronologies and legal documentation for attorney review.
- Support contract administration and records management activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal and business information.
- Perform additional legal and administrative duties as assigned.
- Associates Degree Bachelors Degree or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program.
- 3 years of paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment.
- Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents and correspondence.
- Strong legal research and case management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Outlook Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- 5 years of paralegal experience.
- Corporate commercial litigation real estate or contract management experience.
- Experience with legal document management systems and e-filing.
- Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience supporting multiple attorneys and managing a high-volume workload.

Required Skills:
