Painter Maintenance Technician

Location: St. Petersburg/Tampa FL

Schedule: MondayFriday Day Shift 8:00 AM 3:00 PM

Were looking for a hands-on Painter Maintenance Technician with experience in painting drywall repair patching and light carpentry to help keep commercial facilities looking their best.

This position supports commercial properties throughout the St. Petersburg and Tampa area so youll work at multiple locations during the day. Reliable transportation is required to travel between sites.

• Perform interior and exterior painting projects with a professional-quality finish

• Patch repair sand and prepare drywall before painting

• Complete drywall repairs texture matching and touch-up work

• Repair and replace trim baseboards molding doors and other finish carpentry items

• Complete minor flooring and general building repairs as needed

• Maintain clean organized and safe work areas at all times

• Use a CMMS work order system to document completed maintenance tasks

• Inspect completed work to ensure exceptional quality and attention to detail

• Travel between properties in the St. Petersburg and Tampa area to complete scheduled maintenance work

• Move furniture and equipment when needed to complete projects safely

• Work closely with the maintenance team to keep the facility looking its best

• At least 1 year of experience in commercial building maintenance or painting

• Strong painting skills with experience in drywall patching and repair

• Experience with finish carpentry trim millwork and general repairs

• Ability to work independently while also being a reliable team player

• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work

• Reliable transportation to travel between St. Petersburg and Tampa job sites

• Comfortable using ladders lifting up to 80 pounds and working overhead

• Valid drivers license

• Experience using a CMMS work order system is a plus

• Monday through Friday day shift with consistent hours
