This position reports to:

The work model for the role is: Onsite Fort Smith AR

Your role and responsibilities:

• Perform painting tasks and operate related equipmentincluding motors spray guns and lifting devices while handling various materials like sealants and paints.
• Follow detailed work instructionssuch as Shop Floor Display TDRs and diagrams to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain productivity and safetyby monitoring machines disposing of waste properly keeping the workspace clean and prioritizing workplace safety.
• Communicate and collaboratewith team members order necessary supplies/tools and support other departmental functions as needed including working overtime.

Qualifications for the role:

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of industrial or military experience or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
• Proficiency in reading speaking and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
