Were looking for a Paint Shop Helper / Prepper / Sandblasting Technician to support our production team in preparing and finishing utility trucks and equipment.
Schedule
- Monday Friday: 5:00 AM 3:30 PM
What Youll Do
- Perform paint prep sandblasting masking and taping
- Clean and prepare surfaces to ensure proper coating adhesion
- Fill cracks holes and joints to specification
- Hang and remove parts from paint racks
- Apply non-skid coatings
- Clean paint equipment (spray guns brushes etc.)
- Remove paint overspray and ensure final quality
- Operate a forklift to move and stage materials
- Assist with minor assembly and small wiring tasks
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
- Follow all safety and environmental policies
What Were Looking For

- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment
- Basic knowledge of metals and fabrication processes (preferred)
- Valid drivers license
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1 year of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Important Requirement
- Must pass a respirator fit test
- Requires no facial hair on cheeks
