About the Role:
Racker/Un-Rackers keep our powder coat paint line moving. Youll hang prep and remove aluminum profiles as they move through the finishing process making sure parts are handled correctly and come out clean coated and ready for customers.

Work Schedule:
- MondayThursday: 4:30 p.m. 2:00 a.m.
- Friday (during peak production times): 4:30pm - 12am.
What Youll Do:
- Rack and un-rack aluminum parts on the powder coat line.
- Handle materials carefully to prevent scratches or dents.
- Inspect parts for defects and report issues.
- Maintain a clean safe and organized work area.
- Work efficiently as part of a fast-paced production team.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
