Paid Real Estate Development Intern

Continental Propertiesis seeking a Summer 2027Real Estate Development Internat our home office in Menomonee Falls Wisconsin. You will work closely with the Development team whileparticipatingdirectly in the real estate development process.

This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and gain direct exposure to the full lifecycle of real estate development projects.

Position Specifics:

• Full-Time during Summer 2027
• Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
  
  

Essential Responsibilities:

• Report on project costs project schedule variance and recovery options.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis on multifamily housing developments.
• Draft and distribute consultant proposals to support project planning.
• Prepare and send Will Serve Access and Zoning request letters to relevant stakeholders.
• Assistwith early-stage project reconnaissance including impact fee assessments code reviews and desktop research.
• Provide general administrative support to the Development team on various project-related tasks and initiatives.

• Junior or senior level student in Real Estate Business Finance or related program
