What will you get to do

• Measure and Mix with precision ensuring every batch meets our high standards.

• Operating Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate machinery and equipment including basic machine operation cleaning and maintenance.

• Championing Safety and Quality: Youll be a key player in maintaining food safety and quality by following strict guidelines and practices.

• Managing Materials: Utilize an ERP system for material handling including refilling bulk containers completing batching paperwork and supporting bulk bag bailing.

• Working as a Team: Collaborate with team members and uphold company values such as respect integrity and teamwork.

• Work with and sanitize heavy machinery and equipment.

Experience that you need to succeed

• Ability to work in both cold and warm environments.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

• Physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Experience with or ability to perform minor equipment changeovers.

• Proficiency in using ERP systems for material handling and HMI for ingredient delivery.

• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to company values (Respect Integrity etc.).

• Ability to complete batching and traceability paperwork accurately.

• Own or be willing to acquire steel toe boots.

• Ability to read speak and write English.
