Pronto Staffing is hiring a dependable production associate for a busy local manufacturing facility.
Job Summary
Pronto Staffing is looking for a team member to assist with daily packaging this role you will help pack products inspect items for quality and prepare goods for shipping. This is a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing team.
Responsibilities
- Package finished products according to production steps
- Label check and prepare products for shipping
- Assemble boxes fill cartons and stack finished goods on pallets
- Watch packaging equipment and report any issues to a supervisor
- Perform basic quality checks to make sure packaging is correct
- Keep your work area clean organized and safe
- Follow all safety rules and proper food manufacturing practices
Requirements
- Ability to speak read and write in English
- Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Background check and drug screen may be required
Work Environment
- Indoor manufacturing facility environment
- Ability to stand and perform repeated tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Jeans t-shirt and steel-toe boots are required
