Overnight Valet Attendant

Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time Overnight 11pm-7am

LAZ Parking is seeking friendly reliable and energetic Valet Attendants to join our Hospitality team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining safe efficient vehicle handling. If you enjoy working with people staying active and being part of a fast-paced environment this could be a great fit.

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure

• Create a positive first impression and deliver excellent customer service

• Open and close doors for guests

• Assist with luggage as needed

• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles

• Direct traffic to maintain smooth vehicle flow

• Issue valet tickets and explain the retrieval process

• Turn off vehicles and secure keys properly

• Work independently or with a team

• Maintain professionalism in all guest interactions

• Go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction

• At least 1 year of customer service experience (hospitality retail food service etc.)

• Must be able to drive stick shift

• Valid drivers license

• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience

• Clean driving record

• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles

• Strong communication skills in English

• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments

• Reliable punctual and team-oriented

• Ability to stand walk and run for extended periods

• Ability to lift push and pull up to 50 lbs

• Frequent bending stooping squatting and lifting

• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
