Full Time roles are eligible for the above plus:

Job Summary:

This may include foot patrols responding to emergencies completion of detailed reports and interacting with local law enforcement. Our ideal candidate demonstrates diligence and integrity while enhancing guest experience. This role supports the overnight shift mainly working from 11:00pm-7:30am.

Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage: $21.00/hr - $25.20/hr
• Employment Type: Year Round
• Shift Type: Full Time hours available
• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
• Housing Availability: No

Job Responsibilities:

• Interacting withproperty-owners guests and employees.
• Basic First Aid response.
• Enacting general emergency procedures in conjunction with resort policies.
• Basic understanding of emergency and law enforcement services and procedures.
• Managing and resolving tier-two (transferred from other departments) customer service issues.
• Enforcingallproperty regulations.
• Investigating incidents.
• Writing and filing reports.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma orequivalent -required.
• Valid US Drivers license -required.
• Extensive customer service skills and experience -required.
• Clean driving record and background check -required.
• Able to communicate effectively in English both written and verbal -required.
• Great interpersonal skills -required.
• Able to work outside in all weather conditions -required.
• Able to lift50pounds -required.
• Able to stand forextended periods of time
• Able to bend crawl climb lift kneel and crouch -required.
• Able to work weekendsholidaysand evenings -required.
• Able to remain flexible in schedule working nights weekends and holidays as needed -required.

The expected pay range is$21.00/hr - $25.20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
