The Lodge & Club at Ponte Vedra Beach is seeking a professional detail-oriented Overnight Guest Service Agent to support the front office operations of our luxury beachfront resort. This role combines attentive guest service with nightly audit responsibilities ensuring a seamless guest experience and accurate financial reporting during overnight 11:00 PM7:00 AMWeekends and holidays front desk hospitality or accounting experience communication and guest service attention to detail and organizational to work independently prioritize tasks and confidently manage overnight using computer systems processing payments and completing financial as an overnight ambassador of The Lodge & Club providing a welcoming and attentive experience for all overnight front desk operations including guest check-ins check-outs and nightly audit procedures balancing and reconciling daily financial guest payments in accordance with established resort accurate system records reports and guests with reservations dining arrangements transportation and local with resort departments to ensure timely and seamless promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and awareness of safety and security concerns and follow established procedures during overnight holiday and sick dental vision and life -term and long-term disability insurance.401(k).At The Lodge & Club we are committed to creating extraordinary experiences for our guests and a culture of belonging for our colleagues.
