We are seeking aSupervisorwith at least4years positionpredominantlyincludespreparationand/orreview ofmonth-end close work financial statement preparation and interactions work hard to ensure you get theproper amount of onboardingprofessional developmentand continuous trainingyou need to keep up with industry best practices. You will be bringing yourexpertiseto our clients as a consultant but you are a full-timebenefitedemployee at Vault!

Whatyoulldo:

• Provideoutsourcedaccounting services for multiple clients including:

• Begin to overseeclientrelationshipandengagement team

• Monthly balance sheet reconciliationreview and preparation

• Productionand review of monthly financial statements

• Preparationand reviewof auditand 990support schedules

• Communicatedirectlywith client on engagement matters

• Interface with external vendors and banking/finance institutions

• A seasoned professional with a blend offourtosixyears of experience in public accounting auditing corporate or non-profit accounting roles
• Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or license in progress preferred
• Not-for-profit industryexperiencepreferred
• Familiarity with multiple commercial accounting software packages includingSageIntacctand QuickBooksispreferred
• Excellent Exceland MS Officeskills
• Passion and commitment to providing quality client service and guidance
• Strong analytical/problem solvingskills and attention to detail
