Outside Sales Representative

Job Description:Currently we are seeking a Sales Account Manager to cover our South Louisiana Water/Wastewater Treatment Facilities territory. This position will manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success by generating new sales with existing and new accounts. The Sales Account Manager will strive to satisfy the customers needs through a timely and positive response growing the relationship through a positive experience. Ultimately you should be able to grow our business by building long term successful relationships. You will be the intermediary between municipal customers outside engineering firms contractors vendors and Fluid Process & Pumps (FPP) personnel. The Sales Account Manager is expected to communicate the needs of the customer to FPPs management Responsibilities:Manage the South Louisiana Water/Wastewater Treatment Facility accounts to achieve long-term technical equipment proposals and quotations for bid projects and customer inquiries. Develop positive relationships with water/wastewater process equipment opportunities from initial inquiry to in resolving conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely to FPP management the status of accounts and potential sales and monitor against FPP Requirements:Technical Sales experience of 5 years Skills:Proven Sales/Marketing/Applications experience sales performance of centrifugal pumps & process equipment of electrical controls/VFDs and their application preferredAbility to respond with a strong sense of urgency and care to customer requests inquiries and and negotiation skills using desktop applications (spreadsheets word processing etc.).Accountable self-motivated and written and oral communication technical mechanical and electrical and experience in technical product sales or & Benefits:Base plus vehicle or auto supplement phone and expense Dental Life and Supplemental Ins.
